Soil:-Soil Requirement for Jackfruit Farming:- Jackfruit tree requires fertile and well-drained sandy loam soil with pH value of 6.0 to 7.5.As jackfruit plantation does not tolerate water logging, land should be selected with well drainage.
Showing method:-The jackfruit tree is 15 to 20 metres (50 to 70 feet) tall at maturity and has large stiff glossy green leaves about 15 to 20 cm (6 to 8 inches) long. The small unisexual flowers are borne on dense inflorescences that emerge directly from the trunk and branches.27 Dec 2023
Care:-ackfruit requires a warm and humid climate, with temperatures between 70 and 90F (21-32C) and high humidity. They prefer well-drained soil, with a pH of between 6 and 7. Jackfruit trees need to be spaced at least 20-30 feet (6-9 m) apart, and they should be planted in an area where they will get full sun.
